Melissa

Melissa is also a food/flavor enthusiast. In her spare time, she enjoys chef’s tables and local food tours, and then trying to replicate a new favorite dish in her own kitchen.  She is the first to admit that results have been mixed and she GREATLY appreciates the skills of culinary professionals.  Her travels often take her near water. She loves the sound of waves hitting the beach or a stream racing through rapids.  When she grows-up, Melissa dreams of owning an island to kick-back and relax with family and friends.
